What tests do you perform?
Our intake process includes a comprehensive range of assessments to develop a personalized plan tailored to your health and performance goals. These may include:
Blood Work & Biomarker Analysis: A detailed blood panel evaluating a wide range of health markers, including but not limited to lipid profile, blood sugar control, inflammatory markers, renal and liver function, and hormone balance. Additional biomarkers may be assessed based on your individual profile.
Body Composition Analysis: Using advanced techniques like DEXA scans, we assess body fat percentage including visceral adiposity, muscle mass, bone density, and any marked asymmetries—key indicators of overall health and resilience.
Aerobic & Functional Capacity Testing: Depending on your unique profile, we may conduct VO2 max testing to evaluate cardiovascular fitness and aerobic efficiency, along with additional assessments to establish baseline strength, mobility, and movement quality.
