Lung Function Assessment
Airflow obstruction is associated with impaired health and functional status and is the hallmark of common chronic respiratory diseases including chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and asthma.
Approximately 7.5% to 12% of the population has undiagnosed airflow obstruction or asthma. Spirometric testing is an essential component for early detection and identification of these conditions.

Breathe Better With Lung Function Assessments
Our lung function assessments include a simple, non-invasive spirometry test to measure how much air you can breathe in and out and how efficiently your lungs empty. These evaluations provide a detailed analysis of your lung capacity and airflow, helping to identify potential respiratory issues early and empowering you to take control of your health.
How It Works
A simple, non-invasive test using spirometry to measure lung function. The test assesses how much air you can breathe in and out of your lungs, and how efficiently and quickly your lungs empty.

What is lung function testing, and why is it important?
Lung function testing measures how well your lungs work, including airflow and lung volume. It’s essential for understanding respiratory health, fitness capacity, and potential risks for conditions like COPD, asthma, or age-related declines in lung performance.
Can this test diagnose me for a respiratory condition, such as asthma or exercise induced bronchoconstriction?
None of our testing can be used for medical diagnosis. Results from our tests can be brought to medical professionals for further investigation.
How does lung health affect longevity?
Healthy lung function is strongly linked to overall vitality and longevity. Good respiratory health supports physical endurance, immune function, and oxygen delivery to vital organs, which are critical for healthy aging.
Who should consider lung function testing?
Anyone interested in optimizing long-term health and fitness, especially individuals over 40, those with a history of smoking, asthma, or respiratory conditions, or those pursuing high-performance goals.
